Right after the easing of the U.S. export restrictions there was a
release of the 128bit-SSL capable version of Netscape Communicator --
but only for Windows. OS/2 user still need the Fortify tool to extend
their encryption to 128bit. OS2.org is asking you which way of
getting 128bit SSL support you would prefer.
