The OS/2 SIG of the Philadelphia Area Computer Society invites
all interested computer users to attend the February meeting:

The main feature at the February meeting will be a presentation and
demonstration by SIG Leader Larry Lavins of the new widely acclaimed
Junk Spy anti-spam product for OS/2 recently announced by Sundial
Systems.

Junk Spy is unique. It does its job based on a combination of
techniques that provide automatic identification and optional
deletion of spam as it is retrieved from your email server, and it
does so without your intervention.

Junk Spy is designed to work with any POP3 email client. It has been
tested and verified with the following email programs: Polarbar
Mailer (formerly JStreet Mailer); MR/2 ICE; Netscape vers. 2.02,
4.04, 4.61; Post Road Mailer and PMMail.

A brief descriptive announcement will also be made in regard to a
Build-a-Thon II (build-your-own) group project which is being planned
for the May and June meetings during this coming spring.

Other agenda items include SIG business matters, OS/2 news, new
software releases, Q&A session, software raffle, etc. An OS/2 system
will be on hand for demos of OS/2, Java, Internet, etc., as time
permits. Free light refreshments will also be available.

Mark the date and time: Wednesday, February 23rd, at 7:00pm, to hear
about all the new and exciting developments, or if you have questions
about OS/2 Warp and Java. OS/2 SIG meetings are open and free for
OS/2 users, their guests and all others interested in learning about
OS/2 and associated Java technology.
