Xact has moved the download location of their beta/demo to:

  http://scilab.de/\engl\ukdemo.htm 

(Yes, there is that double-opposing slash in there)

It was previously located at;

  http://scilab.de/engl/demo.htm 

This is approximately beta 12 or 13 and should be getting close to
release. If you are interested, you should download and test for any
bugs or translation problems and feedback to them.
