Serenity Systems is pleased to announce an agreement in principal
with Mensys (http://www.mensys.nl) for the manufacture and
distribution of Serenity Systems Products in Europe. Focus will be on
the CTI WiseTalker products, including WiseTalker Database Server
with DB2, and WiseTalker Voice Mail.

Mensys will also be reselling Managed Client products, including
WiseManager, with the recently announced support for Lotus Dominon
and Notes.

In addition to reselling to users, Mensys and Serenity Systems will
be developing a channel of service oriented consultants in UK, Spain,
France, BeNeLux, the Nordics, Germany and Austria. 

Channel Partners will focus on service opportunities with WiseTalker
and "subscription" computing. More information can be obtained from
