D-Link's 10/100 PCI busmastering ethernet adapter, DFE-530TX, has an
updated driver at their ftp site:

  ftp://ftp.dlink.com/adapters/dfe530tx/os2patches 

IBM's OS/2 device repository does not yet list this card or driver. I
have tested it and it does work. Card costs around US$25.
