Version 0.8.4 of DIA has been released for OS/2. Now it also runs in
every color depth.

DIA is a VISIO-like Diagram program. It has the normal simple vector
drawing tools (rectange, circle, text, pixel graphics...), specific
Diagram things (connection line etc) and a useful symbol list (a few
for every thing).
