I've looked at the Rebol for OS/2 status at http://www.rebol.com and
its port is still marked as 'pending'. So I mailed their support and
asked when will it be available. This was their response:

REBOL/core is not yet available for OS/2. We are still planning on
porting REBOL/core to OS/2, but a couple of other projects are in
the works at present and therefore, the OS/2 port (and others) have
had to be postponed for a while.

We plan on notifying the OS/2 community through various OS/2 news
sources when the port is available, or you can check back with us
  periodically.

Requests like this may help to raise the priority of the OS/2 port,
so I'll make a note of your request.

If you have any additional questions/comments/suggestions, please
  let us know!

  REBOL Support

From the REBOL web site:

REBOL is smart-client technology for building one-to-one
  relationships between e-retailers and customers.

With REBOL, businesses are able to deliver more engaging web-based
marketing information than possible with dull email text messages.
REBOL is exceptional at "pushing" promotional information to
  established customers.

REBOL's client delivers content in a new, exciting, and accelerated
way. It allows the retailer to improve customer sales and brand
loyalty through a rich and effective direct connection to the
  user's desktop.
