A new beta version 1.3.8c of my translator is now available. This
version contents corrections for access of english ressorce DLL and 
corrections for viewing DBCS status line.

The file contents no dictionaries but these are donloadable from my
site. The file is import.zip It contains about 90,000 items
English/German. Other dictionaries are importable also.

The program is usable in German and English.
