Network Trace for OS/2 - Turn any OS/2 machine into a network probe. - Take a trace on any segment in the network, in minutes. - A software-only, hardware-independent implementation. http://www.goldencode.com/ntrace.html ********************************************************************* Source: Ulli Ramps (Ulli@rom-logicware.com) Moderator: Trevor Smith (trevor@haligonian.com) ------------------------------------------------------- Hi, OS/2 friends! :-) I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but the international English version of Papyrus for OS/2 (and other platforms) is NOT available via Mensys but only via R.O.M. logicware, at the moment. http://www.rom-logicware.com We only gave dealer rights to Mensys for a special Netherlands version in English (till there is a Dutch version). So Mensys is NOT allowed to take orders for the international English version. Specially we are unlucky that there are offers for Papyrus before the official start of the English version (which means, before it really is available) and before somebody can have a look at the demo. We don't like to overdrive things, and the Mensys offer is against this philosophy, beneath the situation that we can allow Mensys only to sell inside of the Netherlands, because of already existing contacts to companies in other countries (beneath other reasons). Of course we expect Mensys to have a friendly feeling about us and Papyrus, as we only feel in a respectful and friendly way about Mensys, as well as we had a friendly first email contact with them, so we won't blame Mensys, but their askings for dealer versions and selling rights clearly only have been for the Netherlands, so we are sorry but we have to have things clear. So first you have to wait till somewhere around the weekend (if things work fine), and second you have to place your order directly via R.O.M. logicware: http://www.rom-logicware.com Selling via distributors on the Internet will only be possible when we can deliver 1.) an available final release version and 2.) together with our promise of our further development warranty for OS/2 (of course we have to make contracts with our distributors for that also that every distributor clearly hold this warranty for you, too - and we are not that far with Mensys (but we will be, I hope)).
