Mati (http://www.mati.net.mx/), an ISP, software reseller, and
consultant, has joined Serenity Systems as a channel part and
distributor, supporting Mexico and several other Latin American
countries.

Like Orion Solutions (http://www.orion-solutions.com.au/), 
supporting Australia, and Mensys (www.mensys.nl) in Europe, Mati will
use WiseTalker and WiseManager products in their consulting services.
They will also be able to develop a channel of fee service oriented
consultants and supply product to these consultants, including the
required IBM software, such as OS/2, Warp Server for e.business, DB2,
Lotus Domino and so forth.
