IBM's DB2 version 7.1 is currently in beta test for Win32 platforms.
I asked about the release date for OS/2 and other supported
platforms, and was told this about the OS/2 version:

  We announced the GA availability date today: June 16 (this includes
  DB2 v7.1 on OS/2).
