Network Trace for OS/2 - Turn any OS/2 machine into a network probe. - Take a trace on any segment in the network, in minutes. - A software-only, hardware-independent implementation. http://www.goldencode.com/ntrace.html ********************************************************************* Source: (Daniel@WarpTech.org) Moderator: Trevor Smith (feedback@warpcast.com) ------------------------------------------------------- Monday, May 8, 2000 We'll collectively be planning our own OS/2 futures when we all get together for the three days of WarpTech 2000. There are new assurances, and above all, new actions on the part of IBM which show that OS/2 has a bright spotlight upon it. New FixPaks, a new Warp 4 kernel "refresh" bringing it to level 4.5, announcements of continuing OS/2 support for years to come. WarpTech will be a melting ground for the OS/2 users, developers, network builders and scholars who will soon add new software tools and "ways to get the job done" to our OS/2 desktops. Anytime you put a user with a problem in the same room with a technical expert who can create a solution, you end up with new tools for the users and new ideas and projects for the developers. This has happened at every single OS/2 conference that's ever taken place, and WarpTech will give every guest three days to ask, to discuss, to think and ponder and then ask and discuss some more. Take a look at the WarpTech Sessions page again and think about who the other people in the audience with you will be: http://www.warptech.org/WTSessions.html It's simply impossible to sit in your chair and not strike up a conversation with the other guests around you. You'll be chatting with OS/2 experts, OS/2 developers, OS/2 fanatics of every description. By the time each new session starts, you'll already have collected some more great ideas. WarpTech is much, much more than three days of OS/2 presentations. And it's far more than the hall of exhibitors, the door prizes, the product discounts and the literature. WarpTech is the people whom you'll meet there, the ones with experience in the areas you work in and knowledge of the technologies you're working with. WarpTech is a place to gather not just ideas but concepts, a place to exchange thoughts that will push you ahead faster. So we'll see you Friday to Sunday, May 26-28 -- at WarpTech 2000! - Captain Craig (captain@warptech.org) ------------------------------------------------------- To subscribe, unsubscribe, or for more information on WarpCast, visit: http://www.warpcast.com/ -------------------------------------------------------
