Just to let everyone know that:

  http://birdy.hpage.net 

has a fix for licq 0.75's known problem with pmx/exceed.

The file is ldaemon.dll, just replace the new old one from original
licq 0.75 with this one, and voila, licq 0.75 will work 100% with
pmx/exceed.

licq is an ICQ clone for OS/2.
