The three-day Rexx Symposium and the three-day WarpTech 2000 OS/2
conference are scheduled for the same week at the same facility, and
guests of either have free access to the other's sessions on Friday
May 26.

Rexx is a well-known highly regarded programming language. OS/2 users
have a keen interest in Rexx and OS/2 programs often allow for the
execution of Rexx add-ons or extensions.

Mike Cowlishaw, the creator of Rexx, will speak at a joint session on
Friday May 26. Cowlishaw's presentation is open to guests of either
conference.

"The Rexx Symposium runs Wednesday to Friday, and WarpTech runs
Friday to Sunday" says Chip Davis, President of The Rexx Language
Association which is hosting The Rexx Symposium. "Rexx users are
interested in OS/2, and OS/2 users are interested in Rexx."

The ANSI Standard Committee for Rexx will meet in conjunction with
The Rexx Symposium.

"We chose the same week and the same resort hotel so that one plane
fare and one hotel booking will let you attend both" adds Bill
Schindler of the WarpTech 2000 OS/2 show and co-author of a book on
Rexx. "And Friday is a complimentary day for guests - if you've
registered for one conference you can attend Friday sessions at the
other."
