In my informal annoucement on WarpCast regarding eComStation
(http://www.os2ss.com/warpcast/wc5303.html), I made an embarrassing
typo. My apologies to IBM.

The original message read, in part, as follows:

Serenity and its business partner will handle first and second line
support. IBM will handle third line support, as well as defeats
  management.

The message should have read:

Serenity and its business partner will handle first and second line
support. IBM will handle third line support, as well as handling
  defects.
