CleanINI deletes all Handles in the os2sys.ini of any objects not
being used. Additionally it can delete unnecessary
PM_Workplace:FolderPos, PM_Abstract:FldrContent, PMWP_ASSOC_TYPE,
PMWP_ASSOC_FILTER, PMWP_ASSOC_CHECKSUM and PM_Workplace:Startup. 

The program is Freeware.
