LBMix was updated to version 0.05. A lot of configurable user
interface enhancements were added. Some bugs were fixes. The set of 
pipe mixer API backends now also includes support for ESS ISA cards,
SB16/32/AWE and SB Pro compatible cards.

LBMix is a universal mixer for IOCTL90 Mixer API implemented in
Crystal Semiconductor drivers and SB Live! beta drivers. It should 
work with any audio driver implementing this API as well. Also
supports pipe mixer API - the easiest way to create your own mixer. 
Pipe mixer backends for mode 2 Crystal codecs, SB16/32/AWE, ESS ISA
and SB Pro compatible cards are included.
