OS/2 Command Line Utilities version 2.1
A suite of native Pure 32-bit OS/2 command-line utilities (ANACLOCK,
ARCDIR, ATTRIB, BCOMP, CALCTZ, COMP, CONVCASE, CPUIDG, CPUIDT, CYCLOG,
DELLNAME, DELTHUMB, DELTREE, DESCEDIT, DIGCLOCK, DIRSIZE, DUMP, DUPDIR,
FF, FIND, FINDDUPS, FITSIZE, GOVWIPE, GREP, HEAD, HELP, MEM, NEWMBR,
PARTLIST, PLAYMORSE, PLAYTUNE, RESETINI, RUNSVC, SAYDATE, SERVICE,
SETDATE, SETBOOTG, SIGNAL, SORT, STRINGS, SUM, TAIL, TASKLIST, TEE,
TEXTCONV, TOMORSE, TOUCH, TREE, UNIQ, UNSTAMP, W2KFIX, WATCHLOG, WC,
WEAVESVC, WHAT, WHICH, WINSIGHT, XDEL, XDIR, Y) for a wide variety of
tasks, from service management to finding files, including several
workalike replacements, with several enhancements, for the 16-bit
utilities and batch files of the same names that are supplied with IBM
OS/2, allowing one to finally replace some of the 16-bit vestiges that
remain in OS/2 Warp. The utilities support enhanced UNIX-style wildcards,
long filenames, and deep directory trees. They support standard ISO/IEC
9445-1:1990 (POSIX 1003.1) timezones, operation until the year 2106, and
automatic unattended changes to and from daylight savings time in multiple
different timezones simultaneously. They take advantage of the
architecture of 32-bit OS/2 for things like efficient directory searches
and the ability to deal with more than 64KiB of data. Installation
instructions are in README.TXT.

T&V HappyPlayer 1.11r
After almost two years of silence, T&V HappyPlayer seems to come back!
T&V HappyPlayer is an OS/2 program that operates TV cards built on Brooktree BT848 chip. It possesses such features as picture scaling, clipping, channel autoscan, separate tuning of signal coding (PAL/SECAM), brightness, contrast and color saturation for each of 100 channels, support of channel descriptions in a text file, and some more. It is good to notice that unlike other programs, T&V HappyPlayer does not hog CPU.
Program URL http://www.os2.spb.ru/software/projects/happyplayer/index_e.html not (yet?) updated.

Command line wait / delay utility for OS/2 batch & CMD files.
What is waitfor.exe? Very simply waitfor.exe is a delay/pause program for your OS/2 batch/cmd files. I made it becouse I am not a REXX guru and I wanted something simple and clean that I could give a controled amount of time between the running of my server cmd files. I compiled waitfor.exe with FreePascal for OS/2. It works cleanly and does not gobble up lots of CPU time like some delay-loops.
Syntax: Ok this is easy it's:" waitfor {numeric value} <--- where numeric value is the number of ten second intervals you wish to wait. Ie waitfor 10 would wait 100 seconds. :)
I am releasing this program as e-mail ware. This program is free your your OS/2 use and enjoyment. All I ask in return is a e-mail letting me know it was of use. Thanks.. FuzzyDog :)

Normalize 0.7.1
Normalize 0.7.1, a textmode program to adjust the volume of several wav or mp3 files to the same level.
Normalize is an overly complicated tool for adjusting the volume of wave files to a standard level. This is useful for things like creating mixed CD's and mp3 collections, where different recording levels on different albums can cause the volume to vary greatly from song to song. (Can now adjust mp3 files).
