As a side-note: I find the new layout of the VOICE Newsletter markedly appealing. For my taste it makes site navigation decidedly more comfortable.

Furthermore, I think the small pictures of authors are really nice for me as a reader as it is finally possible to associate several names that have been well-known for a long time from different places with a face. :-)
