IsoFS 0.2 released

ISOFS is an installable file system for OS/2 to access ISO rawfiles suitable for burning on CD. It allows transparent read only access to the contents of the raw file.

Fixed mainly a memory leak and the still broken extended attribute handling. Some more bugs are fixed I forgot ;-). Added more descriptive error messages to mntisofs so it's easier to find out what's going wrong. This seems to be the first really stable release.

X-Downloader 1.28 for OS/2

One of the most feature rich web downloaders X-Downloader is available for OS/2 Application features multy-threaded, mylty-segment downloading with ability to limit broadband of traffic. It also features FTP search, recursive HTTP downloading and support of filters and wildcards.

This version works well with both XFree86/2 and HOBB X11. GTK+ package is requred. Fully complaint with XFree86/2 XWarpzilla drag&drop.

VOICE to exhibit at Warpstock 2001

The Warpstock Committee is pleased to announce that VOICE, the Virtual OS/2 International Consumer Education user group, will once again be exhibiting at Warpstock 2001. Be sure to visit their booth when you attend Warpstock this year.

VOICE is dedicated to the promotion of OS/2 Warp and eComStation to the general consumer through various activities as providing current and factual information about OS/2 and eCS related products, conducting IRC meetings, and sponsoring OS/2 and eCS related promotion projects among providing many other services.
